picturesque place, clean, great value. big and beautifully designed units with balcony and exceptionally nice staff. particularly good location right by restaurant nearby and restaurants, markets and beach. also, by beautiful gardens.

The suite is new-fashioned and has a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe...

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around, especially with the inexpensive taxi fares compared to Bali. the staff are incredibly friendly, adding to the overall experience. Breakfast offers great value with a wide variety of tasty options.

Villa and grounds and friendly if slightly inept staff.

Lovely villa and grounds but poorly trained staff. They forget food and drink orders and seem generally to not be that switched on. Tbey could do worh proper training as one would expect from a place like this.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. the location was truly stunning and picturesque, and the staff were very efficient. 🌅.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We were very, very impressed. The kitchen was squeaky clean and the chef, as well as the barman, really knew their stuff. A day trip to the Gilis was arranged without any hassle and a staff member even came with us to make sure everything went as we wanted. The setting was delightful and the villa was cool, clean and roomy with a good sized pool and sundeck. We stayed for three nights and had a great time. Already thinking about our next visit (we live in Jakarta).

Small things : the villa needs a full length dressing mirror, there wasn't a hair dryer and although the villa had a proper kitchen we were missing a bottle opener, plates and any sort of knife to be able to trim and eat the local fruit.

Spacious living areas and huge bathroom. Lovely private pool for lazying around and skinnydipping. Comfy bed. Friendly and smiley staff.

The hotel was absolutely great, and I really enjoyed it, especially the poolside view. the room was neat and impressive, and the location was stunning! the property was very close to nice restaurants, Senggigi Art Market, and peaceful gardens. It was a pleasure to stay in the resort as a stopover.

The villa is very specious, very clean, comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful. If you are in for a relaxation then this is the place to stay. The pool size is just right and the bed, seating room and the toilet are very clean and have very good quality. We really enjoyed our stay.

Privacy of the villas, the fact that you have your own pool plus a bigger pool in the middle of the hotel. The food was really good and at a very good price! Excellent comfort and all is in good state.

The unit is modern and stylish, equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a refrigerator. Its central location is magnificent, situated on a peaceful hillside just off the island, making it a serene getaway. the taxi fares are very affordable, especially compared to those in Bali!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the villas. They were well designed, spacious, very comfortable and clean. Staff werre amazing, always friendly and helpful. We loved swimming in our own private pool. The food in the Bamboo Restaurant was of a high standard. There was a good variety and the prices were very reasonable. The dining staff endeavoured to please and nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast here was reasonably priced and really enjoyable. the location is great, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and the city beach where you can find both locals and visitors. 🌊.
